Highly educated and bilingual, Linda has served home buyers and sellers for more than 18 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University and a Master of Education degree from the University of Texas-Pan American. With real estate expertise and the ability to conduct flawless transactions, Linda has a proven record of successfully serving the unique real estate needs of her clients.

Linda’s abilities are enhanced through a constant focus on professional development. She is listed among the 5% of all Realtors nationwide who have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. She has also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations. Linda has added special knowledge of historic criteria in North Texas to her professional skills by receiving the Historic House Specialist (HHS) designation. She has also committed to developing the business-building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 55+ real estate market by earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.

In 2008, Linda set her sights on the international market. She is one of seven thousand real estate professionals, of more than five million associates worldwide to earn the International Real Estate Specialist (IRES) certification. This allows Linda to market and sell national and international properties by utilizing a global system designed to assist her clients. In 2011, she completed a master’s certification program in Life Rich Real Estate tm. As a Certified Life Rich Real Estate Advisor, Linda helps identify second properties for retirement, second homes, or investment that match clients’ specific interests and goals.

She has set herself apart in the marketplace by becoming a Certified Distressed Property Expert, (CDPE) to effectively help homeowners find the best solution to the financial crisis they are facing today.

An equally important component is the market insight gained through her community involvement. Linda is an active member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce; The United States - Mexico Chamber of Commerce; Christ the King Catholic Church and CTK St. Vincent de Paul Society. Past public service includes serving on the Leadership Mission Board, the City of Mission Parks & Recreation Board; the Mission Historical Preservation Board and the Valley Alliance of Mentors for Opportunities & Scholarships, member.
