Highly educated and bilingual, Linda has served Texas home buyers and sellers for more than 15 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University and a Masters of Education from the University of Texas-Pan American. With real estate expertise and the ability to conduct flawless transactions in English or Spanish, Linda has a proven record of successfully serving the unique real estate needs of the medical community.
Understanding the time restraints faced by physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, Linda has helped hundreds of clients buy or sell residential and commercial properties with minimal disruption to their intense schedules.
Bridging two countries together is another accomplishment Linda has achieved by owning the only hand drawn ferry on international waters. She has gained the experience that empowers her with valuable knowledge in understanding the diversity of cultures.
Linda’s abilities are enhanced through a constant focus on professional development. She is listed among the 5% of all Realtors nationwide who have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. She has also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations. Linda has added special knowledge of historic criteria in North Texas to her professional skills by receiving the Historic House Specialist (HHS) designation. She has also committed to developing the business-building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 55+ real estate market by earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. While in a constant state of refining sales and marketing skills, Linda remains involved in her industry through the local, state and National Association of Realtors.

Linda is an active member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce; The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Christ the King Catholic Church; CTK Business and Professional Women’s Circle; and CTK St. Vincent de Paul Society.
